We enjoyed our three night stay there. we booked a family room with two bedrooms, each had its own bathroom. the primary bedroom was quite spacious by european standards. It included two large closets. the staff was very helpful, a valuable asset.

the gym is quite small. it is pretty much nonexistent and that was slightly disappointing.

the location proved very convenient, making it easy to explore many attractions.

The room i got was a bit of a letdown. It felt quite cramped. washcloths were missing from the bathroom, an odd oversight i thought. plus, i couldn't find any plugs in the bathroom, not even for a shaver, inconvenient.

i have been a regular guest and each stay reminds me why i return. the entire team goes above and beyond.. a big shout-out to patrick, he keeps everything running smoothly at night.

i experienced some privacy issues which overshadowed the positives. on the second day, i put a 'do not disturb' sign on the door hoping it would deter housekeeping.. it didn't, it was a minor annoyance.

the staff were warm and cute. the hotel was very trendy and decorated beautifully. i stayed in a basic room and it had a very large and comfortable bed.

i had some privacy issues . i put a 'do not disturb' sign on the door. the room was still entered and disturbed. i followed this up and got a rather lacklustre response from reception.
